2.2. Right of Quotation and Limitations: Only short quotations, in accordance with Article XI.189 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, are permitted, provided that the name of the Owner and the source link to backrooms.be are clearly indicated. Any other use constitutes an act of computer piracy.

ARTICLE III. LEGAL HISTORY AND FORCE MAJEURE
The User is informed that the business structure associated with the Site underwent a change of status in 2025.
Temporary Cessation of VAT Activity: The closure of the initial VAT number does not constitute a relinquishment of intellectual property rights. This administrative decision was imposed by a case of force majeure, namely a temporary incapacity resulting from a physical assault suffered by the Owner, occurring within a context of professional and legal harassment.

Continuity: The Site remains a protected intellectual asset. The transition to the collaborative economy model ensures the legal continuity of the project’s digital presence in full compliance with Belgian tax obligations.

ARTICLE IV. PRIVACY POLICY AND COMPLIANCE WITH GDPR
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), the Owner ensures maximum data protection.

4.1. Data Collection: The Site does not engage in any behavioral profiling. As there is no monetization, no banking data is collected.

4.2. Cookies and Trackers:
